Ode to the Anchor 2

If you come to Benfleet to see our Regatta,
You can call at the “Anchor” and have a good chatter,
The Sports you will find they are of the best,
And also the Whisky I hope you will test,
If you cannot drink Whisky, don’t run away
But ask for a pint of old Land’s I.P.A.
